Diversity at work - Discover Aerotek's diversity commitment
Aerotek believes strongly that diversity at work positively affects how we serve our
customers, how we recruit candidates, and how we continually improve as a corporate citizen.
Aerotek diversity initiatives include diversity training to help you work well with and learn
from all kinds of people. We also participate in a Most Valued Partner (MVP) Program, a
collaboration between Aerotek and a Preferred Partner Network, a consortium of minority
businesses each providing a unique product or service. We strive to provide support, resources
and mentoring to our Preferred Partners and often participate with them at conferences and
events in order to broaden and strengthen our pool of applicants.
